"I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to take part in the "Bold as Love" event. Not only was it a really joyful, laughter filled, creative, healing and uplifting session, I also experienced shifts in my perception and physical experience of my day to day life, goals and current situation in a way that has been transformational. There was also a real sense of solidarity and support in the room from the other participants, and the conversations sparked so many "aha" moments in me, and a feeling that I was hearing so much I needed to hear and gaining a clarity to things I hadn't even expected to from the session! "Thank you so miuch Ruthy. I feel as if things have been moving, shifting, changing since the Shamanic Shenanigans event. In the last couple of weeks, through a series of wee events, I've been invited to start a fully funded art course at college. At the age of 62 I'll be doing and learning art for the joy of it! I am looking after my health by embarking on a proper diet and will keep going til I'm a healthy weight for my heart. Caz x"
